Screen bugged, need help.

Everytime my screen turns back on too quickly after just turning off, my display breaks, turns black, and a thin green line is at the top.
I believe its something to do with backlight/hardware issue, clean reset didnt help.
I have had to turn on always on display to help.
Just hitting the lock button and waiting for the screen to fully close fixes the problem.

I doubt you can help solve the issue, so any settings i can do to avoid it? For example when i make phone calls is there any way to disable auto screen off/back on. Makes it impossible to use discord voice or calling.
My phone also heats up in this state and eventually the entire screen turns static green and the phone gets too hot to touch.
Galaxy s9, fully updated, clean wipe didnt help, not sending it in for 'repair'. Just want some tips on possible screen setting to circumvent the problem as again i dont think it can be solved.

Funnily enough using an ice pack on my phone fixes the issue temporarily, must be an overheating issue the screen turns off, tried both volume up and volume down + bixby restart, both got different results. Down + bixby + power, i could read everything fine and the entire screen was fuzzy green, exact same pattern as the horizontal line i get on black screen.
Trying to do up + bibxy was a complete failure and made my phone freak the hell out, flickering screen, green fuzzy overlay could barely read the instructions to cancle the thing
Said "target device something hold volmune down + power for 7 seconds to cancel".
Volume down restart was a lot more enjoyable 4/10 probably wonr do it again.

Also persisted through reseting.
Its probably hardware issue, thank you vidjunky.

Also side note my phone over heat beneath the power button and near the charging port.
Not sure whats below the power button but its ****y wucky.
