Screen Capture for Samsung Galaxy Young, GT-S6312

Before I download an app to do this, is there some hidden menu in the Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S6312 that will do a "screen capture"?

I see there are several I can download, but I'd like to use the built-in one, if it exists.

What version of Android is the phone running? Typically, holding the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time for about half a second will do a screenshot. On some Samsung phones, I think it might be Power and Home.
