Screen capturing lib advice

Hi guys, could you recommend me any screen capturing lib for C# Xamarin? Im working on the video streaming project, the idea is to capture screen video and via hdmi/mini-hdmi transfer it to hdmi qam modulator, which will convert the signal to dvb-c and it will be viewable on tv sets and we can even stream it over IPTV. But I stuck with video capturing part, If there is no libs for xamarin - I will gladly consider any other platform lib such as Java and ect...
