Screen Coating - resistance when swiping

Just picked up a 4a and I noticed immediately that the screen feels odd when swiping, almost like there is a resistance or stickiness when swiping on the screen. Just feels odd, maybe something to do with the coating.

Anybody else noticed this?

I believe they using GG 3 for screen

It just feels odd in use.

I noticed this too. It felt just like I had cleaned it. Then I put on my tempered glass screen protector and it's slick again.
