Screen color

Obviously two screens aren't going too look exactly alike. I've received my replacement Nexus and compared it side by side with my old one. The one on the right is the new one.
The one on the right is much darker and the whites are grayer than the left.

The top one is the newer one

Does anyone have two of the same tablets and noticed this?

Just from the pictures here, I think the one I have now looks more like your old one, the whites seem more over saturated, brighter. Your newer one looks more natural.

And on that browser comparison it looks like those smaller fonts, such as the date and time on the Engadget stories, may be clearer on the newer one. Is that how it looks to you?

I just requested a replacement unit for mine. Hopefully it arrives later this week. This comparison provides me some encouragement that not all of the Nexus 7 have the washed out look.

My newer one looks better to me. You're right, more natural and such. It's only noticeable side by side with the old one. Hopefully your new one has better colors. Tell me how it goes!
