Screen crack

MY V20 screen has a crack in the screen but it seems not to be on the surface. I had a tempered glass protector on it and I thought the crack was in that but it's actually in the screen but it seems like it's on the bottom of the screen. What's the best way to get this repaired? And is it something that happens too often? Is this piece of glass extremely thin cuz I don't remember even dropping it?

eBay is tricky.. after a while, the used phones on eBay are all sold by "used car salesman" and they sell repaired phones on eBay... This is why I always advise to buy new, or buy from Swappa which has less snake oil salesmen on there.

Regarding screen replacement, just buy the entire screen setup which has the glass digitizer and LCD screen... removing the LCD from the glass panel is extremely difficult.. it's just easier to buy it together so the repair would be quick and easy. Lucky for you, the V20 is the easiest phone to repair since the back battery door is removable.. just unscrew it. Check out repair videos on YouTube.
