Screen Defect?

When looking at anything with a white background (emails, news articles, etc.) on my EVO there seems to be a faint blue spot in the screen which roughly corresponds to where the camera lens is on the back of the phone. It's about the size of an eraser head. It is there on other backgrounds, but I first noticed it on the white background. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have a similar issue but mine is only when the screen is black I see s blue hue circle. Im trying to decide if i should trade it in or not. Like I said I only see it when the screen is completely black.
