Screen dimming

Been having problems with the screen dimming. Sometimes it'll cut in & out other times it just stays dim. Seems to happen randomly with no rhyme or reason. Anyone else having this issue?

Not to ask the obvious, but do you have auto brightness enabled?

In many Apps click on the Settings Menu.

Next Click on Brightness (you might have to look around a bit.)

Choose DEFAULT (I think it overrides some POWER SAVING Settings)

Voila.

Don't just rely on the main settings menu. When the screen dims tap the menu key. One of the choices that should appear is brightness. Disable the automatic brightness and use the slider to set it. That resolved the problem I was having.
