Screen does not respond

My screen does not respond to touch. Due to this I can not turn it off or unlock it. Is there any other way I can restart it?

Im on the tab3 10.1, im notnsure ifnthe hardware keys are similar but try to hold down the power button (hardware key). Theres got to be a way to restart using the hardware keys... I just don't know it yet..
