Screen Flickering Green

My note 3 has started acting up recently. Sometimes it does it as soon as I turn the screen on, but it mostly does it when the screen is already on and it dims itself when it's getting ready to turn off. When it dims, the entire screen will flicker violently in a green color until the screen goes off. Most of the time, touching the screen will make it stop. I've restarted the phone and wiped cache. Has anyone experienced this or know of a fix?

Could be a loose flex cable. Try opening up the phone, disconnecting the screen flex cable, and re attaching. It might be a bad flex cable or screen also, in which case the necessary components would have to be replaced
