My mom was playing on her S4 today, just playing on one of her normal games and it suddenly scrambled the screen, then went blank. Now when pressing the power button, there is this scrambled screen and it doesn't turn on. She can't get to the reboot screen or the recovery screens, not even for safe mode. A hard reset doesn't work at all because the screen does this.
The phone has been babied and hasn't been dropped. No new apps have been installed and phone is kept very clean. Phone is also not used as a phone but more as a tablet/wifi device so it isn't on any service. The LED light blinks white when trying to do the hard reset and will go green when it's plugged in to the charger and is fully charged.
I do have a video of what's going on but it won't let me post it.
