Screen going "Static" and making a loud "SHHHHHHHHHHHH" noise when i drop it accidentally then reset

Whenever I accidentally drop my tablet sometimes, it either turns black and resets or goes static making some kind of noise. Even when the volume is off it makes this noise. Its also going "static" in the middle of games i'm playing (some that require to hit a save button) and i'm so sick of losing my data. I possibly think its because the tablet battery is "shaky" or something. Anyone else had this problem?

Something came loose or broke when you dropped it once. It has to go into a repair shop for a checkout.
