screen is dim Samsung A3 but works

so my phone is very dim but when tried turning it on in the night i could see the most things, i tried unlocking it but i saw my that my phone background was white and i sw that it had like water or smth in my phone i tried charging but its just vibrating can someone pls help

Are you saying that it is water-damaged? That would explain it.
