Screen is flakey

[AC Question]

I dropped my S4 Mini in water, took out battery dried out in rice for 3 days worked fine for a week. Now a couple weeks later the screen doesn't come on, sometimes. The phone will be on and working fine, it will hibernate then I have trouble turning it back on. Sometime I can hit the power or home button once, sometimes it takes 5 or 6 tries and sometimes after 10 I have to take out the battery. Any help??
