Screen is showing green dotted box and app page is not working properly in Moto G2, what should I do now?

Screen is showing green dotted box and app page is not working properly in Moto G2

Phone screen is showing green dotted box, I am unable to access the app pages except 1st page of the apps. Also the Setting is not accessible. Please tell me what should I do now.
