screen issue

Just got my transformer and after a day of use I spotted two spots where the pixel looks messed up its a tiny spot but it looks like the screen is brighter in these two spots. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

This seems to be pretty common. Mine also has this. I will be returning it to Best Buy and will get a new one when they have them in stock.
