screen issues S4

[Surfing32]

So i set the screen to time out after 15 seconds and nothing happens. I disabled the eye recognition and everything. Not sure why does it happen? just got it yesterday and trying to figure out.

Go under settings/my device/smart screen and make sure smart stay is unchecked
