Screen issues with note 4

Samsung galaxy Note 4 working great but the screen touch when pressed the screen it will ether think I am taping some where else or not tap at all but I am using my Spen which is working fine any ideas?

*#2663# just went there and pressed "TSP FW update (general)" fixed my pormbles but thanks anyways

The screen has two digitizers. One for finger touch and one for the S Pen. That said, you can see why one can work and the other might not. Do you have a case with magnets on your phone? Are you using the Touchwiz launcher or a 3rd party one? Does the problem still occur in the same spot in both landscape and portrait mode?

You might try starting the phone if Safe mode to see if some app you installed might be causing your issues.
