Screen issues

I've noticed the past few days that when my N6 is charging, the screen will come on but doesn't go off. I've checked the settings for it to go off after 1 minute, however, it will remain on for X amount of time. Like this morning, I think it stayed on throughout the entire night. When I woke up, the screen was on, albeit dim, but still on, and very hot to the touch. Anyone else have this happen?

Go to Settings>Developer Options​, and make sure Stay Awake isn't checked on.
