screen light up when battery is full charged

i reinstall the software a5 2016 , now on nougat when battery is full charged screen light up, on old software i think not coming light when charged completed. is it on yours a5 2016? pls answer i hate that when screen is coming up

Most stock Samsung versions do that (pop up and light up when fully charged)

That's normal. Unless you install a custom ROM without it, you most likely can't get rid of it.
