screen lites up for no reason

p9 lite screen lites up frequently but no messages,goes off after a few seconds

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a case on? Is there anything nearby that is magnetic? Magnets could trigger the phone's smartcover sensor.

This would happen to my phone as well. Do you have any apps that hides the notifications like 360 Security ?

Some phones have a setting where it will turn the screen on if there is some motion. Not sure if this is the case here though

If it is a feature then you should be able to turn it off in the settings
