Screen Mode

Which screen mode would you suggest and why?
I am quite confuse which to use however currently just set as adaptive display.

I've got mine set for Basic mode, colors just look better and more true to me. I'll try others for a while but come back to that one.

Adaptive should be fine for day-to-day use imo.
