screen not responding

i have a samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 and the touch screen is not responding. the home and power buttons are working what do i do.

Enter recovery mode by
Turn OFF your device.
Turn it back on by holding down Volume UP+Power buttons together.
Your device should reboot into recovery mode.
then clear cache and data
