Screen not responsive, intermittent internet

I've had my phone a little over a week. The internet keeps dropping out. Often I get page cannot be displayed. It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or my carrier network. Switching to wifi also takes several minutes where it was instant on my S22 Ultra. The screen is non responsive where I have to click links several times, or click the text field multiple times to get the keyboard to come up. I've had calls come in where I answer and the caller and I can't hear each other.

I thought it was because I was using 5G, but I changed that in the settings and still have the issue. I don't use wifi calling.

Has anyone had similar issues? Do I try to exchange the phone or return and repurchase? If I return it will they let me repurchase it at the same price?

Thanks. I'm not able to determine if its a particular app without doing a full reset to my phone. I used the smart switch to bring over all my apps and settings. I can try the safe mode tho and see if my connection issues disappear. It seems a bit better since I did an update earlier today.

You can also try reset network settings and make sure no VPN/Ad guards/app cleaners

Sounds like you are in an area with low signal.
