Screen not timing out

I've only had my Note 4 for 5 days and have experienced my screen not timing out at all. It's set to two minutes. I have the S View Flip Cover if that helps. With only 5 days in I'm wondering if I need to exchange it. I don't want the next two years to be a life of resets.

I used to have this problem on my Note 3. I tried clearing the cache and that didn't work. Restarting the phone would work for a little while.
