screen not working

So I have any issue with my screen not working. Turn on the tab and touch screen isn't sensing my finger at all. I thought it was lag but I think not, now. It became responsive one but after that nothing.

Couldn't make it to safe mode, the screen is completely shot. Talked to google and they sending me a replacement. This does suck though, I was thinking of getting a chromebook instead.

I'm a big fan of Chromebooks. Some decent ones can be had for as low as $129 (and even under $100 if they're on sale or refurbished).
