Screen on my Nexus cracked need advice

I can almost swear it didnt hit anything, but it was in my pocket maybe I bumped something...but I should be aware if I hit something with my leg that hard I'd figure...

im carrying in my pocket also for now..maybe should stop.. waiting for nice leather belt holster..

New one just came in from insurance so I wanted to update the post. I know I need to return the other one...but with a cracked screen how can I revert to to a locked bootloader? I didn't root it just unlocked the bootloader but everything I have read requires interaction with the screen to go back to stock.

I don't think I would worry about it honestly. You had insurance and they covered it. They will probably sell it for parts or to a company that will refurbish it. If it gets refurbished, they'll flash a stock ROM on it after they replace the screen.

Edit: I forgot if you had VZW insurance or not. Still, I don't think they will care since it was covered by insurance and there is no way your unlocking and rooting would cause the screen to crack.
