I have keep on disabling some app like twilight or something else new everytime some app wants some extra permissions.. It is soooo annoying. How to avoid this for good?

Just a guess but try going into "accessibility" in settings. If the app that is giving you trouble is listed under "services", try turning it "on"

If you have Facebook Messenger installed, disable the chat-heads. That fixed the issue for me.

It will be some app or the other which would be enabled and I have to keep disabling it.

When I try to install another app, same problem again when it tries to get more permissions.

This is built into the OS, so not much you can do about it. It's been quite a while since I've personally dealt with it, but I believe you turn the app with an overlay off, approve the new app's permissions, then you can reactive the app with an overlay.

Hmm very annoying to disable several apps just to install one app and then enable all overlays again

That was it for me when trying to use VZW NFL app. Said screw it and use VZW's go90 to watch the NFL when out and about. No screen overlay error msg.

This happens frequently when an app is requesting permissions for me. Trouble is the app isn't listed to turn off the draw over option. Rebooting seems to work for me and then I can go back in and I don't get the prompt.
