Some carriers have changed the name of Screen Pinning on their Note 4s.

For Sprint and Verizon Note 4s, it is now called "INTERACTION CONTROL".

You turn on the feature in Security.
You hold Volume Down and the Home Button to enable and disable it in the app you want to Pin.

You won't get an icon in the Recent Apps menu.

If it ain't Tech, it ain't Right.

Thanks. You also have to disable multi Windows for this too work. I'm not sure why they took pinning out but that iteration seems poorly thought out. If I pin the app I see a blue outline on the screen. Google's way works better.

Samsung devices have had the interaction control feature since before Android 5.0 when screen pinning was added. It is similar but different in a few ways from screen pinning.

On my Tab 4, I have both the screen-pinning and the interaction control feature in the settings.
