Screen problem

Hi Guys,
i have a little problem with a screen. When the screen is off it isnt true black like on the others P9s. Its more grey. The colors are great but not great and vivid like my friends P9. Should i claim it? Or doesnt do anything with that? Its not a big problem like i said. The colors are great but its just a small glitch. Thanks for answer.

the P9 plus display is Super amoled and the P9 display is IPS-NEO LCD so it should be a little different.
