Screen Protector & Case?

Ill be going with XO Skins myself. Using it on my G Tab 10.1 and Bionic when I had it and loved it. I know their site has the wrong name, but I have confirmed with their customer service that it is for the GNex.

I like the incipio cases. I don't see one yet for the GN though but I'm sure they will make one because they have a lot of others.

VZ may have the sorta of "naked ish" case available that comes bundled with a belt clip. If so, im going that route.

If I like it, I won't get anything else for a while. I do prefer Seido and, I'd like to try the Ghost Amor for the front. However neither of this places have anything for the GN yet.

When did you order this? And did you get it yet? That guy has 116 negative feedbacks in the last 6 months. May be a small % due to the amount of volume he sales but 116 is a pretty high number.

Is the lte version the i9250? I really like this case and wouldn't mind ordering it but with it coming from Austria, i wasn't sure if its the lte version or the gsm

That's the GSM version. The LTE version is the SCH-i515.

Amen. Why anyone wants to hide their sexy devices in a big ugly case is beyond me.
Don't even get me started on otterbox.
Also, I think holsters are incredibly tacky, sorry if you like them.

That said, I probably will get a skin, since Sammy's plastic will probably chip easily. I feel like a broken record with how often this topic comes up, but the edges of my dinc are ragged from falling off my bed, etc. Also, I think screen protectors are mostly a waste, but my dinc's screen is so oily at this point its impossible to get all the way clean. I may get a cheap one just to avoid that.

I will hide my GN in a big ugly case because I will love it, and my klutzy self will certainly drop it at some point. That is the one thing I will miss about my tank-like OG. That thing is almost indestructible.

That being said, I would like a case that is as unobtrusive as possible, so keep the recommendations coming.

As far as the holster goes, as a girl who wears clothing lots of time without pockets to work, but usually has something you can clip a holster too, it too is a necessary evil sometimes. I need to invent a cool holster if that is possible.

You could go with the Seidio Surface case/holster combo. It is about as unobtrusive as you can get.

I received my case yesterday (I ordered the black TPU case with screen protector from Amazon). Unfortunately, even though the item was supposed to include a screen protector, it didn't. I contacted Amazon last night to see what I needed to do. I ended up chatting with a guy, told him what happened, and since it was a third-party purchase, he refunded my money and asked me to order again. That was great customer service and I went ahead and ordered another one. Hopefully, this time it will actually include the screen protector. Although, if not, I know what I can do to resolve it.

Funny thing with my chat with the Amazon rep though ... I told him what was wrong with my order -- missing the screen protector for the Galaxy Nexus. He said, "Cool device". I then responded, "Now, if only Verizon would release it.". He then said, "Now if I can only save enough money to buy it.". Anyway, the guy was super helpful and it was nice to have someone on the other end of the chat wanting the device as much as I do.

verizon is i515, cases should work though since the only difference is .5mm

Has anyone tried installing an SGP Steinheil Flex screen protector on a device before? I'm debating on whether to get that one or the Steinheil Ultraoleophobic screen protector. I don't really like installing screen protectors that require you to wet them...but at the same time, I don't my screen to look foggy. I don't understand why they aren't selling the Steinheil Crystal, which is the only kind i've tried for my DINC and iPod Touch, and I very much like it.
