Well this is my first protector ive put on and ive done a terribpe job. There is dust trapped in and tons of air bubbles. Any way to clean it out or no? Already ordered 3 more for $2 to replace it but the protector is distracting atm.

sometimes you can peel it back up and use a piece of tape to get some of the dust off, but be gentle or you will ruin the corner or the protector. Next time take it REAL slow.

Next time do the hinge method to put on a screen protector. Just search YouTube. I do it this way and it works flawlessly every time.

huh. the tape somewhat worked but eh, that's why i bought more protectors. Should've bought 2-3 just in case this happened.

A well known tip for applying any screen protector, remove as much dust as possible in the air. I do this in the kitchen, boil a kettle and let it boil with the lid off. Let the room saturate with steam, this will settle out any fine dust in the area.

Then apply the screen protector, this is a good tip also when going to clean a digital camera ccd sensor.

As someone mentioned there are a lot of good tips on you tube, ie making a hinge with tape or my favorite method is a drop of detergent in warm water wetting the protector and using a credit card to squeege the air and moisture out, a similar method is used to apply tinting to windows.

also to remove dirt from a badly placed protector run it under the tap and wash it gently with warm water and washup liquid.
