Hey there, I'm looking for a really good tempered glass screen protector but I don't want to spend a lot of $. Any suggestions?

I've always been a fan of ZAGG but they're definitely not the cheapest. They do have a policy though that if you start with a cheaper model invisible shield you can later trade it in and they'll subtract that from the cost of a more expensive model, like the tempered glass

The glass on here is good enough to not need one unless your hard on your phone. I tried zagg and a few others with tempered glass and was not impressed.... I decided just to leave it bare and with a otter box case.

Check out the iloome Flex, best $12 you can spend. I don't recommend their thicker one though, it has response/sensitivity issues. I have the flex on three phones now and everyone is nothing short of awesome. Even had one replaced after a nasty spill. Totally busted up the protector, and the screen beneath remained pristine! Put the replacement one on tonight and removed the broken one. Have a looksee!

Another vote for iloome, got mine since last Aug and it has held pretty well and no issues on sensitivity. I've had it before for iPhones so it was a no brainer to use them as well when I switched to the G3 cause of the quality.

The Tech Armor premium ballistic glass screen protector is $9.95 on Amazon right now. It is the first one that I have used and am quite satisfied with it so far.

I also like the Tech Armor - went on perfectly and looks/feels great. As for going without a protector, I had my G3 for about a week when I got a small scratch on the screen. While I carry my phone in my pocket, I am careful not to have keys or change in the same pocket so I was a little surprised that it happened.

Tech Armor. Ballistic Glass model. Almost impossible to tell is on if you install it correctly. Feels just like the real screen, looks like it. Only exception is the speaker cut out at the top.

I'm usually not a screen protector guy, but I found a small scratch in my G3 despite kid gloves treatment, so got one. Most of my phones are naked without issue.

Don't need one! A case yes, but don't spoil it with a screen cover

I prefer to leave the phone naked and only use a screen protector. The device remains svelte and with the glass protectors, you are not losing anything, as they are still glass and they protect the most important part, the interface.
