I too would like to see if anyone has put one on because according to Samsung, it is not suggested cuz it would hinder the sensitivity and touch. I would like to put one on though.
i have put it on, it works just fine, but they are the scratch proof, self healing ones, that i got on ebay, and it is kinda a frosted look to it, so the screen won't be as vibrant as without it, but it works perfectly fine with it on!
I was just getting ready to ask that question. There is no tempered glass out there for sure, and I would like to keep as much of the HD(clarity)I can with a screen protector... I have put a couple scratches on my Pulsar Chrono doing things, so you know I don't want to be in that spot with the Gear S.
Will be careful for a few days and see what others are saying about the different brands..Amazon has about 3 different brands..
Installed Skinomi® TechSkin today and it was quick and easy and it doesn't interfere with screen sensitivity as far as I can tell. Protector is truly invisible and it came as a 6 pack. Hopefully, it will handle scratches. $10 prime free shipping for a 6-pack. http://www.amazon.com/Skinomi®-Tech...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU4062214
I bought the skinomi for my first galaxy gear. Took it off after the 2nd day. Didn't like the feel nor the appearance. I then used a liquid screen protector that helps control the fingerprints and that worked out very nice.
The liquid applied ones always feel rubbery to me so I tend to avoid them. Does any screen protector go right to the edge of the screen? I'd rather have one go all the way to the edge somyou can't see where it ends, lookers less cheap that way.
