screen protectors for the 2xl

Hi all I picked up my 2xl about a week ago and got a glass screen protector but the edges of the screen aren't flush and collects dust underneath.
My question is do you use screen protectors? If you do what ones do you use? If you don't how does the screen hold up against scratches? Thank you all.

The best tempered glass for the 2xl seems to be the Whitestone Dome but it's expensive ($40-50) and still not perfect. I'd recommend the IQ Shield wet install screen protector. It's reasonably priced (less than $10), looks/ feels good and isn't too difficult to apply. Has held up great over last several months with no peeling edges.
