Screen record app NOT screen shot.

Ok so I need to make a security vid for a class and was wondering how do i record the screen with a app that does not require ROOT because I have never rooted a device, I was looking at some utube vids but nah.... How do i recored the screen with out root and that wont LAG on a computer that is free?? HELP PLEASE

I know I am and honestly i would just like an app for the tablet or PC that will just record the screen with out lag and possibly voice.

Hey guys i have a question about the screenshot. I saw on youtube that when you press the screenshot button there is an automatic editing for picture. Like you can doodle on the picture right away. But i cant seem to do that on my device. Do you know how to enable automatic editing of screenshot? Thanks
