I'm really disappointed since this is my second time I have changed my device. The first time was a luck, it didn't fell on the screen at all but this time, my screen is a mess now and it hardly even functions. I checked the retail shop that I bought from (yes, it's a sim-free) and says there's currently nowhere available for the screen replacement, not even from the outside. I don't know what to do here. Shall I just sell it and get a new one instead? Or do I have to send it to HTC for repair and how?

On a side note, I do not live in the US, UK or Europe so I'm guessing this is going to be pretty difficult for me. Bahrain is where I live.

Selling and buying new may very well be your best bet. Try to call HTC and ask them about cost of repair first. I believe it's around $200 usd. Decide which is a better option.

I did called them today and said they have no idea about the price until the device has been sent to them. I really don't know what I am going to do here.

Correct, they don't quote prices over the phone because they don't know what else is wrong with it. If it comes down to only the screen needs to be replaced, it will run for about $200 USD.
