Just found out my wife's old moto x 2nd gen had been sitting in here night stand for months with a broken screen! Phone works fine. Anyone have tips in screen replacements? I'd like to try and replace it myself

I know going through Motorola is $125. They will send you a replacement, then you send the broken one back in a provided envelope.
