I have noticed it before but was couple seconds so I assumed maybe ram management is causing it. Look at the top of the screen (Youtube TV app): one screenshot shows the name of teams and the second one doest when I selected to fit the screen. Anyone else has a similar issue?

Also, another similar issue when using G Maps and when it got stuck over the dialer/phone app. I needed to reboot to get out of it. I couldn't swipe down or app switcher...

Are you sure it wasn't a streaming issue
