Screen response

I've noticed that if I set my phone down on the table or something. The touch doesn't register as good. I sometimes need press the button harder than normal or multiple times before it responds. I've never experienced this with a phone. I also noticed tap on is the same way and somtimes i have to push the back home multiple times before the phone responds.
