Screen responsiveness issuess

Intermittantly, the lower quarter of my screen becomes completely unresponsive to touch. Inability to use lower half of keyboard, bottom buttons on apps, etc.

Restarting the phone fixes the issue. Anyone else having similar issues?

I've had this happen once, I had the touch screen completely stop working. I had to do a hard reset to fix it. I've also had the phone just start acting really buggy and doing things on its own, I had to do a soft reset to fix that.
