You live near LG's service center? That's extremely convenient. Everyone else usually has to mail in their device for warranty.
I drive 30 minutes going there.
Hmm I hope there won't be a next time. Lol

Mine has started getting really bad.....it's starting to stay longer and longer

It's not your fault. It's LG's. Those of us who don't leave our phones on also have this problem. My day 1 V20 is starting to get some retention, but usually goes away after leaving the screen off a while. I have a habit of leaving it on when plugged in (one of the developer options), so I know it's my fault. Doesn't bother me much since it's temporary.
I made a thread on Reddit asking if anyone else has this problem. From the responses, it's about 50/50. Some have if, some don't. For those that do, it gets worse. I'm not sure how much worse, though. It's tolerable, but I'm worried it might degrade more and more over time.
I want to do a warranty exchange, but I'm not sure if my phone will show water damage from the one second it took a dip..
Under the battery? What's it supposed to look like?Check the internal sticker
Upper left corner. Little white square with pink xxx. Also should be one on the battery.Under the battery? What's it supposed to look like?
I was shocked how many of V20 users in my country having this very disappointing issue..
So we have an issue that's more prevalent in certain countries....could be a voltage issue.
