Screen rotate question

I have 6T on Verizon and a 6T on Tmobile. Absolutely love both phones. Just have a small issue and figured I'd ask it here......screen rotation when the phone rotates (landscape, portrait) never stays activated for me on either phone. I have it set under display settings but after using and screen time out it turns it off.

Any suggestions? I know I am probably doing something wrong so any help is appreciated!

Sorry, I'm not experiencing that. My suggestion would be to reboot the phone, if you haven't done it yet. If you have, then might want to try a factory reset. Just back up your data first. Hopefully someone else has seen this and has a fix for you.
