Lines showing up on the screen

I have lines appearing on my screen. I thought that it was the screen, but upon rotation, the lines remained in the same quadrant. No matter which way I rotate my phone, those lines rotate with the picture.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Do those lines show up in the screenshots, or is it only if you take a picture of the screen using another device? Artifacts that don't show up in a screenshot would indicate a hardware display problem.

The problem is that you can't see it because tapatalk won't let me upload a hq image. I can't upload anything through the app because of the permission issue.

Just switched and it is still there.

It's not there all the time though. It comes and goes.

With it showing up in a screenshot, would this be considered a software issue?

Change the theme and check, maybe wallpaper ?

Since the lines are also showing on front screen, am not sure if it is hardware problem. But it is good to check with Samsung.

Can you edit pics and put an arrow where the lines are.....can't see what your talking about?

This is also the first time I experienced a 3mm dead pixel in the crease......never had any issues with fold 4.

Yes, since it's in a screenshot, it's more likely a software issue.

Did you already try Safe Mode?
