Screen rotate?

I had thought with the JB update when you turned your homescreen to landscape it was supposed to rotate? Is this not correct?

I can't get my homescreen to rotate. I know sometimes by accident it would do it. Like end a call real quick and turn the phone sideways or something stupid like that! Never does it when I want it to or try to. Lol
