I have a Nexus 6p and I'm seriously considering switching to the G6.
Today I picked one up in the shop and I noticed that the screen length is about the same as the 6p's but it is less wide.
I'm happy with the overall size of my 6p so in reality, the G6 (and S8) actually have *reduced* screen sizes in reality, though they are marketed as being 5.7 or 5.8 inch screens.
So is there anyone else there who has migrated to the G6 from a 5.7 16:9 sized screen who could let me know how it works in reality? Does it feel like a smaller screen in daily use?
I would prefer the G6 to have a larger form factor like the S8+. I've kinda ruled out that phone because a) it's 30% more expensive and b) it's so slippery for a clumsy oaf like me. And the FPS is all wrong.
Extra info
I don't have the option of trying out the phone and taking it back.
I'm in Singapore. The G6 is selling for $555 USD unlocked here with the 64gb and DAC included.
