screen started to come loose

I just got a htc one and the screen has started to come away from the body at the top right hand side I have not droped it its just the adhesive that's not gripping the screen when I push it back down it holds for a bit then pops up again would this come under a fault or would I have to pay for a repair any help would be great thanks

It depends. If you bought it from the carrier, return it right away. If you bought it from an individual, you may be out of luck. Good luck.

I bought it in the uk from the carphone warehouse it was on the 3 network

Take it back then bro. They should exchange it if you have the receipt still.
