Screen stops working

Few weeks ago my note 3's screen stop working at some spots as the upper left corner and at the place of "a" and space bar after restarting my device they work normally for a bit and then they stop again. I'm confused is it a hardware problem or not.

Start your Note 3 in Safe Mode. If it works correctly, then it is not a hardware problem.

Is it always the keyboard which displays improperly? Native keyboard or third-party?

Many members reported issues with the top left corner. In most cases the culprit was Facebook Messenger and disabling this app fixed the problem. Do you this app installed in your phone?
