screen stutter

Has anyone else noticed a slight stutter on part of the screen while scrolling or watching a movie? Mine is on the left side, and is really bad when I scroll up and down on webpages

What device is this? If it's Samsung then that's normal. Or if it's not a high end phone expect lag. It is never going to be buttery smooth despite project butter. I wouldn't worry about it
