Here is my issue, based on my experience with 2 brand new Verizon Galaxy S4's.
The screen timeout keeps defaulting back to 15 seconds every time I restart my phone. I received 2 brand new Galaxy S4's and have
experienced the same problem with both.

Has anyone else seen this issue and how do I report it so that it gets fixed ?
